These beautiful baskets are handcrafted by rural Wolof women in Senegal from cattail stalks and strips of salvaged plastic. With a snug fitting lid, these warming baskets are traditionally for keeping bread and other baked goods warm. They can also be used to store odds and ends, present a gift basket, and/or add a pop of color to your living room!
